Apteekii's lead single off their second EP Reset portrays a love is so intense that the world seems to fade into the background. "The Rest Is Noise" featuring Claudia Kate starts off with introspective questioning as the speaker reflects on their connection with their partner, alluding to feelings of loss and confusion. Through this uncertainty, the chorus echoes words of reassurance, saying "know that I am yours alone". Taking listeners through the depth of the speaker's connection with their partner, the song says "you're me when I don't know myself, the secrets and the scars." This deeply meaningful admission explores the way being similar to the person you love can mean being fundamentally understood by them.
